Shipping Policy

Orders placed on www.urbanstormboutique.com can only be shipped within the lower 48 of the United States of America. 

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

Orders placed before 3PM (CST) Tuesday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 3PM (CST) will be shipped the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.

All orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

Transit Times

Our transit times are based on UPS delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Ground: 1-5 business days (Cost = 10% of Purchase Price)
